Yes, we can ship worldwide.
2. Where you ship goods from?
Our warehouse is located in China, the goods will be shipped from China mainland.
3. What is the shipping cost?

4. How do I track my Package?
You will receive a notification email in your email once the package has been shipped. The tracking number and link inside are for tracking the timely status of the package.You can also track at Track My Order page. Or if you need a team members help to check up, please contact with our service team Email: suppoert@bestbuyrc.com and we will be in touch with a status update.

1. What payment terms you can accept?
For payment, we accept Paypal /Credit Card/installment
2. My payment was declined,why? How to reslove it?
If you made the purchase via Credit Card and failed, could you please contact with Stripe Support Team for solution? Or if the issue cannot be solved, please no worry, we accept Paypal payment as well.
3. How do I cancel my order?
For the order, if not shipped out yet, please contact our Service Support Team at suppoert@bestbuyrc.com. We will cancel your order and provide you with a full refund.
4. Is my information is securing using this site?
Yes, BESTBUYRC takes precautions to protect your personal information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Please don’t worry for this.
03. Return & Refunds
1. What items are returnable?
1- We can accept returns or exchanges within the 30-day period.
2- All returned items must be in the original condition: unused, unwashed, and unworn. No exceptions.
3. Return shipping cost need to be paid by yourself.

Contact the BESTBUYRC Service Team at suppoert@bestbuyrc.com to confirm details and ensure that the item meets the return conditions. Once an agreement is reached, the Service Team will provide you with detailed return information. Please provide the return tracking number after shipping the item back.

4. How will you refund me?
The refund are applied to the original payment method.
