• Skeleton: Steel Beam × Imported Nylon
• Reinforced chassis, using thick steel plates formed by hundred-ton stamping to create a realistic beam.
• The axles, crossbeams, and various connecting parts are made of imported nylon material with a special formula, achieving a good balance of chassis strength and toughness.
• Reverse transmission front and rear door axle structure, maximum steering positive 5-degree Ackerman angle, steering kingpin inclination 8 degrees, maximum caster 8 degrees. This provides better tracking after steering return, bringing more stable and easy-to-follow handling performance for high-speed crossing.
• Accompanied by a raised angle input shaft and special mounting point angle, smooth transmission effectively reduces axle effect to a minimum.
• The half axles inside the bridge and the output axles at the door edges are made of reinforced steel. The half axle diameter is 6mm, the door edge output axle diameter is 8mm equipped with a 17mm connector, strong and impact-resistant,

• Suspension, using front three-link + lateral thrust rod, rear four-link + balance rod, link diameter up to 10mm, thick and powerful. This makes the suspension have large-angle waist twisting flexibility while also having high lateral impact resistance. The front lateral thrust rod upper pivot is further enhanced with a steel module.
• Shock absorbers, 26mm large diameter shock absorbers, made of high-quality aluminum alloy CNC high-precision processing.
•  Adjustable preload, maximum stroke up to 40mm, providing good support for the whole vehicle while easily showing agile posture,
• Strong ball joints, using special material large-size ball joint buckle + fine steel ball joint beads, combining rigidity and flexibility, agile and impact-resistant.

Brain: Precise Control × Intelligent Protection

• The whole vehicle high-voltage servo, 5-car level high-voltage 70KG high-power steering servo *1 + high-voltage 25KG standard servo *3.
• Power distribution, 70KG high-power steering servo powered by independent ESC BEC, avoiding the impact of servo power load on vehicle precise control and flashing light group work. It also has servo stall protection function, automatically reducing current output when the servo is stalled for a long time, protecting the servo from burning out.
• Functional servo full stroke adjustment-free, CROSSRC’s original front and rear differential lock and gearbox shift control use servo full stroke control, intelligently protecting the servo from burning out due to incorrect working stroke.
• Dragon Claws: Equipped with newly developed ROCK BREAKER “Rock Roar” MT tires, using large multi-edged vertical tire claws to firmly grip every rock wall. Also launched are MARSH RANGER “Marsh Roam” MT tires, using classic herringbone texture, easily traversing muddy terrain. The original car is equipped with nylon clamp-style wheels, using screw nuts to clamp the tires, allowing you to drive freely without worrying about tire delamination.
• Armor: Thickened PC material with interior car shell + composite internal roll cage, realistic appearance details and truly protecting the car shell from damage. Connected closely with the chassis through four-point quick-release structure, realistic appearance and easy to disassemble, reliable.
• Cang Armor Carrying Mountain: EMO XXL 6×6 Thunder Dragon has a car length of 1.06 meters, 693mm325mm rear cargo box, easily carrying long wheelbase 1/8 climbing cars and many models, larger than the existing mass-produced RTR climbing cars in the world.
• Dragon Spine: On the third axle of EMO XXL 6×6 Thunder Dragon, using bridge-type transmission shaft structure. The bridge shaft structure has extremely strong resistance to large torque, making the second and third axles reliably transmit thousands of pounds of force in extreme cross-axle conditions, easily crushing cliffs.
